Our History
Shambaugh Elementary School is named for Willard Shambaugh, an attorney who was a member of the Board of School Trustees from 1936-1961. Shambaugh was also a longtime member of Lincoln National Bank and Trust Company Board of Directors, serving as Chairman of the Board.
Shambaugh School was built in 1963. Students attending Shambaugh feed into Jefferson Middle School and Northrop High School. The school is located in the Board of School Trustees District 2.
